30 days free returns – no questions asked

Our 30-Day Return Policy

At NEXA ONLINE LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return period from the date of delivery. You can return any product free of charge during this period, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To make the return process smooth and fair, we ask that you, where reasonably possible:
  • Return the product in its original condition and packaging;
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components;
  • Avoid causing damage or excessive wear when inspecting the product.
You are, of course, allowed to unpack and examine the product as you would in a physical store.

Requesting a Free Return Label

Requesting a return label is easy. Send an email to info@nexaonline.org with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions for returning the item.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 3–5 working days. You will automatically receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Refunds

After your return has been processed, we will issue a full refund including any original shipping costs. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, usually much faster.

Product Received Damaged or Incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exceptions

In certain cases, specific conditions apply:
  • Products that are clearly used or damaged may be subject to a reduction in value.
  • Safety or hygiene products can only be returned if the original seal is intact.

Warranty Remains Valid

All products sold by NEXA ONLINE LIMITED are new, original, and covered by the manufacturer’s full warranty. If a problem occurs after the return period, it will be handled via the official warranty process.
